My friend Lauren H contacted me the other day about shooting some photos of some models in outfits she designed for her school’s fashion show. We shot them in the addition we are building onto our shop (Iron Tiger Tattoo). Her friend’s Ali and Stephanie modeled the garments.
Yesterday I shot some photos around the shop with the 50mm 1.8 nikkor prime. Nothing major, just felt I needed to post an updated with some content.
Last year I did a year in photos of 2008… This year I forgot until yesterday, so this year’s is 2009+ Jan Feb of 2010 haha. Enjoy.
Originally this show was supposed to be at Orr Street Studios, but apparently the girl who works there that helps us book our shows there quit, didn’t tell any of us, and the people at Orr Street canceled all her shows without telling anyone. So at the last minute (literally) we got in touch with the folks at Cafe Berlin and they let us have the show there. So a big thank you to those people for stepping up and helping out. Well I’ve been tremendously busy with life, photo projects, and working at the shop, but I have been shooting photos for fun when I get the chance here and there. I shot some photos of my friend Brooke with my roommate Steve’s snake Carlos the other day, and then last night I messed around shooting photos of my lovely friend Kelly Shoe.
