The next morning we rented a car and headed off to Phoenix to meet up with some friends who were down there for the Hell City Tattoo Convention. We shot some photos in the hotel room that night, messing around with lighting. The next day we met up with Gabe, Sara, Steve, Chris, and Rae at the Phoenix Biltmore. We hung out for the day, did some swimming, then took off back for Vegas. All in all it was a great trip, but now I’m back in Columbia, missing Jasmine again.

So without further adieu here are some pics from the last two days. Thursday I went and got ice cream with some friends including Justin Haas who is in town from Wichita visiting, then went to Sideshow to hang. Yesterday our friend Sean B came in from STL with his friend Sento who had just flown in from Spain. We all hung out after the shop closed at Sideshow till like 3:30 in the morning. Good times. My dad drove from New Hampshire, his friend Bob drove from Dallas, Texas, and Jasmine flew into KC from Las Vegas. On top of all of that our friend Eric came to town to get tattooed and hang out for a night. It was a good time and I wish it didn’t have to end. I went on a bike ride with my dad and Bob and realized I’m probably not cut out for long distances on a road bike. Jasmine got tattooed by Gabe for 10 hours and got a sweet koi on her thigh. It was a good weekend, I wish every weekend was this good.
